Clear terms for using DOUPONT.
These terms cover the public website and Client Portal. Project-specific agreements can establish additional terms for paid services and deliverables.
Terms of Service
Effective September 10, 2026. By accessing or using the DOUPONT public website or Client Portal, you agree to these terms.
Website and portal use
You may use the public website to learn about DOUPONT and create a local Project Blueprint. Client Portal access is limited to authorized users and invited participants. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.
Project agreements
Specific consulting, design, development, hosting, managed-service or other paid work may be governed by a proposal, statement of work, invoice, order or separate written agreement. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms for that project, the project agreement controls.
Your content
You retain ownership of content and files you provide, subject to any separate project agreement. You give DOUPONT permission to host, process, display and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services and operate the Client Portal. You are responsible for having the rights needed to provide that content.
DOUPONT materials
Unless a project agreement states otherwise, the DOUPONT website, portal software, brand, interface, documentation and underlying systems remain the property of DOUPONT or applicable licensors. Client deliverable ownership and licenses are governed by the applicable project agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or Client Portal to interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, probe or exploit systems without authorization, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, violate law or third-party rights, or use another customer's information without permission.
Third-party services
DOUPONT may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication and email providers. Those services can have their own terms, privacy practices and availability limits. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not transfer control of those services to DOUPONT.
Invoices and payment records
The Client Portal may display invoices or payment-status records for project administration. Payment obligations, due dates, refund terms and commercial terms are determined by the applicable invoice or project agreement.
Availability and changes
DOUPONT works to operate the website and Client Portal reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Features may be maintained, secured, updated or discontinued when reasonably necessary, subject to any separate project commitments.
Suspension and termination
Portal access may be suspended or removed to protect accounts, systems or other users, respond to misuse, comply with law, or when an applicable project relationship ends. Authorized data retention and deletion obligations may continue after access ends.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and general informational materials are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Liability relating to paid project services is governed by the applicable project agreement and applicable law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as DOUPONT services change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date when appropriate.
